The art soul is always in conflict with
The body’s reality and its’ needs.
I call it the creator, distracter,
Destructor in me.
The artist health wreath,
Aura cycle circles, to produce,
Create, rest, eat
Love, renew, and create again.
This is a talent learned by
Awareness, experience,
Understanding to
Balance all these.
The danger is when
The creation becomes the
Distraction and the body
Never feeds, or
The distractions are
Always fed and creation
Is starved with a
Message inside no one sees.
Destruction occurs to
Body and soul,
Unhappy emotions
Depression,
Illness, anger,
Even disgust with
Ones self will unfold.
Honor all sides
Of your self, balance,
Bow to each force,
A healthy creative.
The world waits,
And wants,
To behold.
